Stephanie Greenwald
Stephanie Greenwald started drawing at an early age. She developed a proficiency to look at images, then drawand color them. At age 13, Stephanie attended art classes in junior high school, and received private tutoring in oil-based painting in the Summer of 2006, followed by high school art classes using water-based paints, pencil, and pastel. Replicating patterns has always been natural for Stephanie, as seen in her ability to reproduce line drawings from architectural plans for her father’s construction and design business.
Using soft pastel on paper, Stephanie has completed several commissions including wedding pictures, casual portraits, and pet portraits. As she graduates from high school in 2009, one of her goals is to continue growing creatively, while making a living as an artist.
