Charlie Lieberman
Charlie Lieberman was living in Chicago when he began to shoot stills, and he quickly turned his focus to cinematography. Working on documentaries, industrials, independent films, and commercials he eventually moved to Los Angeles in 1989.
Through the past twelve years Charlie has worked as a Director of Photography on such episodic television series as Joan of Arcadia, Once and Again, and most recently alternating episodes on Heroes. He has continued to shoot still photography throughout.
Charlie uses an array of cameras including a medium format Fuji, as well as 35mm and digital Leica bodies. All images are created with the finest archival acid free cotton rag paper, by way of an Epson 4880 printer.
